the switch toward to the LED is on, and toward to the end if off.

Is it switched off when you are charging?

it's hard to send back to China (custom clearance problem)....and the courier cost is enough to cover a new one.......

Yes. That's the risk to shop online........

beside defect product/incorrect delivery, there are also a chance of no delivery........

well, so far i have not encountered no delivery, it just that sometimes the quality is not as good as they described, especially clothes...{:4_154:}
