Youtube app automatically lowers the quality of videos if you're not connected to a wi-fi network.  You can correct it by jail-breaking your phone, and turning off the 3G video quality downgrade.

My DC bought on year 2008, only 1 year free warranty and did not buy warranty anymore....
I think the check up fee at least few hundred dollars and also need to change part, so I may give up to conti ...
