樓市升浪持續大半年，優質盤買少見少，造就一向乏人問津的凶宅盤亦見承接，交投明顯增加，農曆七月十四日盂蘭節前夕，接連錄得這類物業買賣。 21年前轟動全港的「烹夫案」現場鰂魚涌康怡花園 D座，其低層對望的單位剛以低市價逾 20%賣出。而荃灣中心則有凶宅以 83萬元成交，低市價近 40%，平過公屋。凶宅相繼有成交，反映樓市相當熾熱。
