He said he has already signed the temp contract and got the 1st deposit, this is just the matter if it has mentioned "必買必賣" on the contract.

這個就是問題~  小人D睇佢有古惑羅 ,,,生意角度~ 當佢身不由己，話實做唔到，佢又無損失既。
