Yes, but he just wait for the third parking space. I dun know he was waiting for the second parking space because he had no action to tell me he was waiting.

if the picnic was not moved at all, I think it is waiting for parking space in front of it (not right beside it)

Otherwise, the picnic must leave some space for the car beside it to get out from the parking space.

其實泊街呢D嘢冇話邊個著邊個唔著嘅，因為都冇明文規定點至係等邊個位，我就偏向係先到先得囉（除非隔得好遠啦），再唔係你覺得你啱嘅話咪隊半㗎車入去之後咪入錶走人囉，佢吹你唔漲㗎，不過做斯文人定做惡人就睇你揸咩車啦，如果我揸㗎90年Hiace，我梗係做後者啦，相反我揸㗎11年S class Benz，我都費事泊街啦，係咪？心平氣和會開心D，唔好咁燥啦。

But I went to the second parking space when the 2 parking space's time is 0.09
The third parking space's time is 0.12
So, if he wanted to wait these two parking space, he should parked his car beside the second and the third car

by the way, the time means nothing to me....coz the driver may recharge the meter again or even let it overtime and still not coming back........

基本一句話....你封唔晒2仔位. 你部車車頭部份一定入左1仔位.
如果你封晒2仔位, 係因為你好人向前移讓俾serena出.
老實講你封晒2仔位都可以俾人搶得到. 真係要檢討一下泊街的策略及應否做好人. ...

不過要等ching入左會先睇到活動post喎
