The bulb of the front panel of my car was burnt a few weeks ago (the ones at the A/C control, and only the "rear" and the one beside it burnt) So last week, when I took my car for service in the morning, I told the service guy to get it fix for me...........
At about 4pm, the service guy called me back and told me the check up is done, but the light bulb was not replaced. They said they were too busy and it will take a few hours to remove the panel cover and replace the bulb......Then I told him I've seen people (Tony) removes his panel cover in 1 split second which shouldn't take that long........but they refused to do so, and keep ask me to come again on the other day to fix it or leave the car with them for another day...........
Because my family needed the car in that evening, so we decided to just pick up the car on that day without getting it fixed, and come back to them on another day. When we were picking up the car at DCH, we asked the service guy once again why it will take so long to just replace the bulb, then the guy said because they didn't have the bulb in stock and need to order it from Japan which will take a few days to get it......WTF, this is a totally different story from before.......Me and my brother was just "O mouth" to them. This is just unprofessional to lie to customer.........
The story is not ended yet........On the way we drove home, when outside is getting dark and we turned on the light, we realized that all the bulbs at A/C panel are gone. There is no light at all. OMG, I think they took them all out. What exactly are they trying to do with my car??????? Get it fix or get it break????????? A week has passed, but I still haven't got any calls from DCH about the arrival of the bulbs. I will call them on tomorrow to check what is going on with them. This is crazy!!!!! |
