need to pay 10,000+ extra for my new car bought on the 15 Feb!

My car agent called me and said i need to pay around HKD10,800 extra for my new spada because of the gov't new car tax policy effective immediately!  However, I bought it on the 15th Feb and the policy was announced and effected on the 24th Feb!  This is the question of "trade day" and "settlement day"...I told him the whole amount is now totally different and refused to pay and asked for the refund of deposit!  He said he will ask Honda and checked what they can do now...and HK has 7,000+ car affected on this policy...

What can I do?

Fw18: the reason to take so many days to issue license is they have all colours in HK but 'purple' and that's why I need to wait...

Now I will wait for my agent calling me but it seems it's unavoidable to share at least half!

Mr. Yxx in Shatin but he is already good as gave me 3,000 less for the whole deal on 15th while the other member has the same case but different sales didnt offer him anything. My agent told me actually Honda already made up the mind on last last Friday which only compensate 1,000 oil coupon on all cars! I already told him I will just give up my deposit if it's the case...he said give him some more time to convince the company wor...

actually I really like Stepwgn but just 條氣唔順 as my frd has the same case in Toyota and he said he didn't need to say a word and Toyota already gave him 幾千 oil coupon + 50% on car insurance (original he need to pay $4,000 but Toyota help him 50%!  He only need to pay $2,000.) I can't remember what his car is but knew it's below 400,000 and also need to pay about 11,000 extra for the tax. And now Honda only give us $1,000 Oil coupon!!!  I told my agent that Honda can give such a shame offer! 比成錦! 不如唔好比啦! As i know, same reply from other member's Honda agent.

最冤枉係: they have all colours except purple at that moment...i mean it's not the customer's fault.  It should their liability!  曾想過樓上ching's suggestion the white one in 28car, but it's not the colour i want so finally forget about it.
