咪咁啦.....It's first impression to me is it has the outlook of Delica D:5, and Spada could be looking very good after a few mods.

Well, there is always a trade off.

Actually, it seems like it will be similar to Serena which has a big cargo space under floor (which is used to keep the flated 3rd row) So, you may not need to flat down the 3rd row as often as now.

To me, the down side is it can't be flat the 3rd row by 50/50 as now. It has to be either flat the whole row, or keep it.
