特首辦聘專人管facebook 月薪逾2.3萬 被指太貴

【明報專訊】自高鐵事件後，政府決心推動電子公民參與（e-Engagement），望加強與年輕人接觸。特首辦近日公開招聘一至兩名項目主任，主責為特首辦管理facebook戶口，職位月薪由2.3萬至2.7萬。有經常使用facebook的團體及議員表示，他們都是由現職員工或自行「兼職」管理facebook，可謂「零成本」，相反政府要動用逾2萬元公帑請人，「實在是太貴」。

這個「facebook項目主任」職位，合約期為18個月，月薪由2.3萬至2.7萬元，另有底薪15％約滿酬金。政府消息人士強調，新聘的一至兩名主任，絕非「返工只玩facebook」，要兼任聯繫各界人士的工作。

至於特首曾蔭權    會否直接上網回應網民訴求？消息指出，由於網民留言數以百計，特首無可能逐一回應，可能只作整體回應。至於會由他親自執筆或找人代勞，則尚待研究。

內容方面，特首辦計劃由特首和問責官員輪流在facebook做「網上直播」，推銷政策和回應提問。為了把高官包裝得「人性化」，計劃在facebook張貼官員的生活點滴文章、旅遊相片等，與公眾分享。

葉劉：親自回應才是重點

經常用facebook聯繫網民的立法會    議員葉劉淑儀    認為，政府今次行動是後知後覺，而玩facebook的重點是要親自作回應，「讓人感覺真實，不是做戲」。非牟利機構宣明會把管理facebook工作交一名網站同事兼任，毋須增聘人手，每天所花工時不多。

每天在facebook回應學生提問的「補習天后」、遵理校長梁賀琪亦以「零成本」與學生拉近距離，她說玩facebook的重點是不假手於人，「你想和貓培養感情，絕不會請個人來照顧牠，自己卻不理牠吧」。

因成功攻佔網上平台而登上總統寶座的奧巴馬    政府，每天都會在facebook留言，每則吸引約數百人回覆。奧巴馬facebook內容軟硬兼施，用詞輕鬆，例如上載奧巴馬親自示範使用醫療改革新網頁的短片、網上直播諮詢會等。至於反對意見，facebook亦不會刪除，因此不難發現如「奧巴馬是蠢材」等字句。

The 3 charges are 襲警、不小心駕駛及沒提供酒精呼氣樣本. Since there is never exist an evidence of drunk driving, so no charge on that...but there is a charge for "沒提供酒精呼氣樣本".
