百多名違例司機扣滿分不出庭被通緝

當局去年五月起，向扣滿十五分司機，以掛號郵遞方式寄出傳票後，有六百名司機因為無出庭被法庭發出逮捕令，現時仍有一百二十七名司機被通緝，當中六十人領有商用車輛牌照。運輸及房屋局    局長鄭汝樺    表示，新措施有效改善司機被記滿十五分後仍然駕駛的情況，暫時無意設立黑名單供僱主或車主參考，他們可以要求司機提供違例駕駛記分及被取消駕駛資格的記錄。
