After a normal check (check the body colour that match underhood, any leaking on the floor, walk around the car and check from the back that the car is in a straight line etc.) If you like the car and you want to buy it then tell the saleman you need to spend few hundred to have a boby check with a garage. If very o'k , you will buy it. If the saleman want to make this deal he will let you do it, if say no, just forget it.
