Another point is my estate is large (total 38 blocks, 8xxx flats) so that we can share the mgmt fee in cheaper way.  Also, my estate is old already, 20 years la....

The 1st problem now is the gas pipe got problem and need to replace...  already make booking and will fix it on next Sat.
