一名41歲外賣員何中華，今年 1月 3日攜內地未婚妻到旺角亞皆老街的「壹誓證婚」，繳付 800元費用後準備行禮。宣誓時卻拒絕讀出自己名字，監禮人指未符法定程序取消婚禮，何揚言會斬死監禮人，又要求證婚公司賠償 8,000元。

被告早前被裁定恐嚇罪名成立，原定今早判刑，裁判官決定索取精神科報告，將被告還押小欖精神病院，兩星期後判刑。

被告在庭上表示，因同情未婚妻而結婚，認為女性及結婚誓詞很虛偽，又批評裁判官將他還押小欖的決定。
