「巨爵」已經增強為強烈熱帶風暴，亦逐漸接近本港，天文台    於早上11時15分改發三號強風信號。天文台表示，會考慮在黃昏前後改發八號烈風或暴風信號。

在正午12時，強烈熱帶風暴「巨爵」集結在香港之東南偏南約280公里，即在北緯20.0度，東經115.2度附近，預料向西或西北偏西移動，時速約20公里，移向廣東西部海岸。現時本港離岸及高地正吹強風。本港普遍風力會進一步增強。

天文台表示，「巨爵」會繼續增強，預料會在黃昏前後考慮是否需要改發八號烈風或暴風信號。天文台高級科學主任楊敬基表示，按照現時預測的途徑，「巨爵」將於今晚或明日清晨時間最接近本港。目前跡象亦顯示，「巨爵」會繼續增強，天文台會於黃昏前後考慮是否需要改發八號烈風或暴風信號。

在過去一小時，橫瀾島及大老山錄得的最高持續風速皆為每小時61公里。

天文台預測，本港地區今日天氣吹清勁至強風程度東至東北風，離岸海域及高地間中吹烈風，海面有大浪及暗湧。多雲，有狂風大驟雨。展望明日有狂風大驟雨。

Yes. I go from 16" to 17"....need to buy a new set of tyre. And buy both together usually the shop can offer you better price.

From the outlook, this is a copy of Hot Inazama Hyper (but the price is only half)

This one is made with capacitors to stabilize the voltage in the circuit. F-16 do not have any capacitors inside, and it use a different approach to achieve the same result.

Instead of eliminate the noise, it will create a super high frequency of noise which  masks any noise in the circuit, and can be treated like no noise.

By the way, where did you find this product? The was introduced to us @ the BMW x Stepwgn gathering by 謝生 2 months ago. And lately, he introduced me a copy product of 3-drive for $650.......not sure if it will harm the car....
