尋晚見到嘅情況係唔計傢私 90% OK 啦，下個禮拜上埋傢私就可以入伙，裝修手工方面絕對一流水準，傢私質量就未知，不過佢係慢工出細貨個隻，你唔會睇到佢進度膨膨聲，如果你係心急人就抆死你，但係最後又做到你要嘅 outcome.

I 睇啱咗 for a long time , but it is much expensive than step (around 200k), estima cost 350k......near double

May be because the low platform.........so that there are more head room in Stepwgn than Previa.

佢個市場定位係介乎設計公司與裝修佬之間，所以價錢係平過設計公司但又貴過裝修佬，佢基本上乜都幫你處理哂，對好似我地咁無乜時間理嘅人，就最幫到手，不過佢好多 jobs，搵佢要預早啲
